OCE tea infuser tumbler with strawLoose leaf tea at your desk, with the leaves kept out of your drink.
This OCE tea infuser tumbler is an insulated stainless steel straw cup with a built-in tea strainer. Loose leaves, dried flowers or fruit go in, the strainer separates them from the drink, and you sip through the straw. It comes in Blue, Green, Pink and Yellow, and it is made for anyone who drinks cold brew or iced tea at work, in class or on the road.
- Built-in tea strainer
- Straw cup
- Insulated stainless steel
- Four colors
Made for cold brew and iced tea
OCE's listing does not say this cup takes boiling water, and hot tea drawn up a straw can burn. Use it for cold brew, iced tea and water.
Start it in the morning, drink it by lunch
-
Add the tea
Loose green tea, oolong, jasmine or a fruit and flower blend. Less than you think; cold water pulls flavor slowly.
-
Fill with cold water
Filtered water tastes cleaner. Close the cup and give it a gentle swirl.
-
Let it steep
On the desk or in the fridge. The longer it sits, the stronger it gets, and cold brew rarely turns bitter.
-
Sip through the straw
The strainer holds the leaves back, so you drink tea, not twigs.
Three ways people use it
Loose leaf tea
Better leaves than a tea bag, without fishing them out with a spoon at your desk.
Flowers and fruit
Chrysanthemum, rose buds, dried lemon or goji berries steep in the cup and stay behind the strainer.
Plain water
On days without tea it is an insulated straw cup for cold water.
Blue, Green, Pink or Yellow
All four are the same cup with the same strainer and straw. You are choosing the color only, so pick the one you will not lose on a crowded desk. Each swatch is in the gallery.

The details
Straight answers
Is a tea strainer the same as an infuser?
For a cup like this, they do the same job. An infuser usually holds the leaves in a basket, while a strainer sits between the leaves and your drink. Either way you sip the tea and the leaves stay behind.
Is it 316 stainless steel?
We list it as stainless steel. OCE's listing gives the grade as 306, while OCE's other cups in the same line are listed as 316, so we are not printing a grade until OCE confirms it.
Can I use tea bags instead?
Yes. The strainer is there for loose leaves, but a tea bag works too. Pull it out when the tea is as strong as you like it.
How do I clean the strainer and straw?
Empty the leaves after each use, rinse the strainer under running water, and run a straw brush through the straw. We found no dishwasher rating from OCE, so wash it by hand.
