Hot pour-over
Grind fresh, rinse a paper filter in the glass dripper, set the server on the scale and pour from the gooseneck in slow circles. The timer lives on the same scale, so a recipe that worked once can be repeated.
A brew to share

Can I make espresso with the Plan-A?

Does it work for camping?
Yes, when you have power for the kettle or a stove to heat water. The grinder is hand-cranked, the glass sits in foam, and the case is built for rough transport. Pack the bean tube full and you carry nothing loose.
Which filters does the dripper take?
Cone-shaped paper filters. A starter pack comes in the case and the filter storage case keeps spares flat and dry. When you restock, match the filter size to the dripper.
Black or White, what changes?
