Wendougee DMECHA F-SAT commercial espresso machineTwo saturated groups, live shot data at each head, paddles in the barista's hand.
The DMECHA F-SAT is a two-group commercial espresso machine with a 10.5 L (355 oz) steam boiler, independent brew boilers at two SUS316L saturated groups, and four screens that show pressure, flow rate and extraction time for every shot. It is built for high-volume specialty cafés and training bars that want data on each extraction, and the listing names it as the designated machine of the China Barista Championship (CBC).
- 10.5 L steam boiler
- Pressure, flow, time on screen
- Mechanical paddles
- 220-240V, installer required
This is a 220-240V machine
It will not run from a standard US wall outlet, and a plug adapter does not change voltage. In the US it needs a dedicated 220-240V circuit wired by an electrician, plus water and drain connections. A plug-in voltage converter is not a practical answer for a two-group commercial machine. A US dealer advises getting the North American cut sheet before rough-in; ask us for it before you order.
Four screens, two paddles
What the screens show
Each group gets a 5-inch IoT screen and a 1.28-inch round display. Together they show pressure, flow rate and extraction time as the shot runs, so channeling shows up on the screen before it shows up in the cup.
What the paddles do
A mechanical paddle at each group starts and stops the water. The barista decides when pre-infusion ends and when the shot is done, with the numbers in view. Variable pressure extraction is built in.
A steam boiler sized for a queue
The 10.5 L steam boiler stands apart from the brew boilers, so a run of lattes never pulls heat away from the groups. Its steam valve uses a cam mechanism Wendougee developed to stop the leaks that wear out conventional valves, and the maker quotes a 50% longer service life.
Hot water has its own scroll wheel for outlet temperature: cooler for green tea, hotter for americanos, changed between orders without touching a menu.
F-SAT or F-SAT-DB
The core machine
Two saturated groups, the 10.5 L steam boiler, four screens and paddles, with variable pressure extraction and adjustable pre-infusion.
Adds dual-stage water flow
The listing pairs the DB version with dual-stage flow: high pressure first to push water through the coffee bed, then low flow to lengthen contact time and raise extraction yield.
The series is shown in white and in black. The selector sets the model, not the finish, so confirm the color with us when you order.
Where the F-SAT fits
Built for
- A busy specialty café that wants every shot measured.
- A training bar where live pressure and flow data help coach new baristas.
- Teams that compete or host latte art and brewing events.
Consider instead
- Three stations running at peak: the TMantis three group.
- Two groups with simpler, programmed volumetric service: the SDRAGON-SAT.

What café owners ask first
How is a commercial espresso machine different from a home one?
Capacity and setup. The F-SAT has two groups and a 10.5 L steam boiler to serve a steady queue, runs on 220-240V, and is connected by your installer rather than filled by hand and plugged into a kitchen socket.
What does CBC mean in the model name?
China Barista Championship. The listing describes the F-SAT series as the machine designated for CBC competition use, and both versions sold here carry the CBC name.
Can it run from a regular US outlet?
No. The listing specifies 220-240V at 50-60Hz, above what a standard US outlet supplies. Have an electrician wire a dedicated 220-240V circuit before it arrives. Never use a plug adapter.
Does it weigh the shot?
Yes. Wendougee lists a digital scale built into the drip tray on the F-SAT series, so yield sits alongside the pressure, flow and time on the screens.
