LELIT Bianca V3 dual boiler espresso machineE61 group, a wooden flow paddle, and a finish that suits your kitchen.
The Bianca V3 is Lelit's dual boiler E61 espresso machine with a wooden paddle on the group that controls water flow while the shot runs. An 800 ml (27 oz) coffee boiler and a 1.5 L (51 oz) steam boiler, both AISI 316L stainless steel, let you pull a shot and steam milk at the same time. A rotary pump draws from a 2.5 L (85 oz) tank or a water line. It is built for home baristas who want to shape each shot by hand and still pour milk drinks back to back. Here it comes in five finishes.
- Brew and steam at once
- Flow control paddle
- Tank or plumb-in
- Five finishes
Same machine, five ways to dress it
V3 black
A black body with Lelit's textured finish. The quietest look of the five, and it sets the wood trim against a dark background.
V3 PRO white
The textured white body. Soft and bright on a light counter, and the lightest-looking of the five.
V3 PRO Champagne Gold
A champagne gold body for a warmer, jewelry-like look that pairs well with brass fixtures and walnut shelving.
V3 PRO Stainless Steel
Polished stainless steel with wood knobs, lever, paddle and feet. The classic Bianca look, steel and wood.
V3 PRO Silver Knobs, Custom Paddle
Swaps the wood knobs for silver ones and fits a modified paddle. The supplier lists walnut or maple as optional wood for this version.
Underneath, every finish is the same Bianca V3: same boilers, pump, paddle and controls. Choose on looks alone.
No waiting between shot and milk
Each boiler has its own temperature, set on the LCC with its OLED display, which also runs pre-infusion, standby and the shot timer. There is no cooling flush and no temperature guessing: set the brew boiler for the coffee, set the steam boiler for the milk, and work both at once.
What flow control does to a shot
-
Start slow
Open the paddle a little to wet the puck gently before pressure builds.
-
Open up
Swing it fully open for the main extraction and watch the group gauge.
-
Ease back
Close it partway near the end to soften the tail of the shot.
Leave the paddle fully open and the Bianca brews like a standard E61 dual boiler, which is the easy way to start.
Measure your counter first. The Bianca is 29 cm (11.4 in) wide, 40 cm (15.75 in) tall and 48.5 cm (19.1 in) deep with the tank at the back, or 40.4 cm (15.9 in) deep with the tank moved to a side. It weighs 26.5 kg (58.5 lb). Leave room to lift the tank out, or plan the water line if you plumb it in.

Straight answers
Do all five finishes brew the same?
Yes. The finish is only the body and trim. Boilers, pump, paddle, gauges and the LCC controls are identical, so pick the one you want to look at every morning.
Is the Bianca V3 good for beginners?
Yes, if you are willing to learn espresso properly. With the paddle left open it works like any dual boiler E61, and the gauges and shot timer show what is happening. Add flow profiling once your grind and dose are steady.
Can I plumb it into a water line?
Yes. Lelit builds it for both: run it from the 2.5 L tank, or connect a water supply and a drain. Plumbing in suits heavy daily use and filtered water lines.
What grinder should I pair with it?
A dedicated espresso grinder with fine steps, because flow control rewards a consistent grind. The Eureka Mignon Libra grinds by weight, which keeps doses repeatable. A needle tool such as the MUVNA Z10 for 58mm baskets helps even out the puck.
