The pump delivers 15 bar of pressure for espresso extraction from ground coffee or ESE paper pods using the included double-wall filter baskets.
Thermoblock heating with 3 temperature settings
A thermoblock system heats water for brewing with three temperature settings: low, medium and high. Lighter roasts extract slower and benefit from higher temperatures to develop their full flavor, while darker roasts extract faster and need lower temperatures to avoid bitterness.
