The TMantis is a 3 group commercial espresso machine with saturated groups, a dual boiler system, PID temperature control and a touchscreen interface. What is a 3 group coffee machine?
An espresso machine with three brew heads, so three portafilters brew at the same time. It suits cafés, restaurants and hotel bars where two or three baristas share one machine at the busiest hour.
2 group or 3 group, how do I choose?
Count the people pulling shots at your peak. One or two baristas rarely keep three groups busy, and the two-group DMECHA F-SAT suits that bar better. Once three people work espresso together, the third group ends the wait for a free head.
